Registration & Enrollment
Please note that the CampMinder registration system works best when you use Chrome or Firefox. (Chrome seems to work best on an iPad.) To register, submit online a completed application form, $65 processing fee, and $250 tuition deposit:
- Only online applications are accepted.
- Payment can be made by eCheck, personal check, or by credit card. A 2% convenience fee will be added to all credit card charges. Applications are processed upon receipt and the $65.00 processing fee is non-refundable. The $250.00 deposit is nonrefundable with the exception of those conditions outlined below.
- We will send an email confirmation within 48 hours of online registration. If no spaces are available, we will place your application on a waitlist.
- Deposit refunds will only occur If you do not wish to be on the waitlist, and you remove your name from the waitlist any time prior to an offer of a camp slot; or if we cannot offer you a space from the waitlist.

Campers whose tuition and fees are not received by May 20, 2021 will be subject to withdrawal from Camp. No payment plans will be approved in cases other than financial aid and extreme hardship.
Green Acres School Summer Camp reserves the right to dismiss without tuition refund, any camper whose conduct is inappropriate or unsafe. Green Acres School Summer Camp reserves the right to cancel any program or service for insufficient enrollment. In such cases, tuition payments would/will be refunded. Green Acres School Summer Camp reserves the right to make substitutions for and/or changes to the activities offered.
Due to the constantly evolving COVID-19 landscape; programs may expand or change to ensure the health and safety of our camp community and meet new requirements. At a minimum, Green Acres Day Camp's COVID-related protocols will comply with applicable State of Maryland mandates and align with Montgomery Country Health Division. As we progress through the pandemic and towards the summer season, we may alter, cancel, or replace certain aspects of camp. If we do, this web page will be updated and registrants will be notified by email. Depending on the severity of a change, we may offer registrants a full refund.
