What about the student visit?
While students applying to Grades 1-4 visit for a full day with their current peer group, we recognize that this will not be possible while our campus is closed. In lieu of a visit, applicants to grades 2-4 will get to know one of our teachers via a video conversation, which will include a one-on-one assessment of your child's math, reading, and writing skills.
Once you submit an application, we will contact you to set up a date and time for this conversation.
Schedule admission testing
Applicants to 1st through 4th grades are required to submit the results of a recent admission evaluation. This evaluation may be administered by an educational diagnostician of your choice.
- Applicants to 1st grade (up to age 6) are required to take the WPPSI-IV.
- Applicants to 2nd–4th grade (or those 6 and over) are required to take the WISC-V.
Click here for more information and a list of a few testing centers. We include the list for your reference. It is not comprehensive and we do not endorse one center over any others. It is important to note that your child may be tested by any qualified tester you choose, whether or not they are on the attached list.
Request current school records and recommendations

What about the student visit?
Students applying to Grades 5-8 visit typically visit for a full day with their current peer group. However, we realize that this will not be possible as long as our campus remains closed. In lieu of a student visit, we ask that applicants to Middle School "visit" two consecutive virtual classes. In addition, applicants to grades 5-8 will get to know one of our teachers via a video conversation, which will include a one-on-one assessment of your child's math, reading, and writing skills.
Once you submit an application, we will contact you to set up a date and time for these virtual meetings.
Schedule admission testing
Applicants to Middle School are required to submit the results of a recent admission evaluation (WISC-V (preferred), SSAT, or ISEE).
The Green Acres code for the ISEE is 211158.
