If new applications for a particular age group exceed the spaces available for new campers, a waitlist of up to 15 campers will be maintained.
In order to be on the waitlist, the application and deposit must be submitted to the Camp Office and a letter confirming the waitlist spot will be emailed back to the applicant.
Openings can occur at any time before May. Once you are offered admission to Camp from the wait list, your deposit is NOT refundable. Those families remaining on the waitlist as of May 2, 2015 will be given priority status for the 2016 camp year. Camp tuition deposits submitted by check are held (not cashed) until a camp opening occurs for the waitlisted camper. Camp tuition deposits paid by credit card will be refunded if the camper is not offered a spot. You may remove your name from the waitlist at any time prior to an offer of a camp slot and your tuition deposit will be returned to you.
Should you need to withdraw your camper from Green Acres School Summer Camp, you must do so in writing. Your deposit of $250 cannot be refunded. If you withdraw after May 2, 2015 and before June 2, 2015 you will be responsible for fifty percent of your tuition. After June 1, 2015 you will be responsible for the full tuition.
