Green Acres School

Capital Campaigns are undertaken as needed to grow endowment, improve facilities, or to benefit some other cause requiring significant capital investment. The most recent Capital Campaign at Green Acres, Building Connections, transformed the campus with the completion of the School’s Master Plan for Facilities. Highlights of the campaign include:

• A Middle School complex with ten classrooms, special photography classroom and darkroom, and a multipurpose gathering space.
• An activity center addition with a ceramics classroom, art classroom, art terrace, creative movement classroom, physical education office, locker rooms, and swimming pool.
• Renovation and remodeling of the Main Building, including three science laboratory classrooms, instrumental music room, handbells room, certified teaching kitchen, conference room, health room, and reconfigured office space.
